Tokyo Flash sells limited edition watches from Japan. This is the RG3 Graphic Art watch.

To tell the time: Counting the LCD blocks in the top row of windows shows the hour 1-12. The middle row of windows indicate 10 minute blocks & the bottom rows shows single minutes. Quite simply, if the rows show 3, 4 & 7 then its 3:47.

Now to just pick this up before it sells out... or hopefully something new will come in that I'd want if I miss out on this one.
